Stay 'Classy,' Coppell!

Group fitness: (n) the act of exercising in a group setting, where hoots 'n' hollers and sweat 'n' tears are completely normal and actually encouraged among participants, so that one can be inspired to work harder than one would in a solitary environment. 

That's one of my definitions, at least.

Working out in a group is one of the best ways to stay motivated to keep a healthy lifestyle. Making the choice to head to the gym or lace up your tennies is hard enough on your own, but knowing that you're not alone in your suffering, for some reason, makes it a little bit easier.
