1/2 can of beets (in water)
3 Tbsp CALM raspberry lemonade flavor (Magnesium supplement to promote mood and digestion)
1 scoop Vanilla or unflavored protein powder
1 tsp raspberry extract (or try fresh raspberries, strawberries, or cranberries)
1/2 orange freshly squeezed
1/4 cup water
Stevia to taste
1. Drain can of beets of almost all water (may keep 1-2 tbsp worth).
2. Pour all ingredients into blender or Ninja mixer.
3. Blend together and add water as needed until you reach the desired level of consistency.
4. Pop in freezer for 20 minutes for best taste (served better chilled).
