Classes

Wherever you join me for class, you will be sure to get a darn good workout. Here are some descriptions of the types of classes I teach. Ask me about private classes for birthday parties, bachelorette parties or other special events!

Power Yoga 

Detach from your daily stress with this powerful combination of meditative breathing, body weight resistance and stretching. Get your zen on and sweat a little at the same time! The intensity might be a little higher than traditional yoga, but you are always offered several options to participate in no matter which level you may be. The last 10-15 minutes is much more meditative and relaxing than the first 30 minutes, which includes more total body strength moves and flexibility-building. Power Yoga is suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike.

Cardio Dance Party (CDP)

You don't have to be a professional dancer for CDP. You just have to know how to let loose and have fun. CDP is a high-intensity session of hip-hop, latin-cardio and line dancing, performed to popular club music and pop radio. It's WAY better than doing the elliptical for 45 minutes!

Kickboxing Cardio (KBC)

1 - 2 - 3 - Hooah! Punch out your frustration with an intense session of shadow-boxing and cardio intervals. Learn the basic kickboxing moves, put them to a beat, and you'll be sure to get you W.O.D. in, along with a total body overhaul.

Core & Cool Down

(Might have this class as a 15-30 minute class immediately following others)

Build up those six-pack abs and obliques in this short and sweet session of tummy work. Exercises will target the upper abs, lower abs, obliques and back, followed by a brief stretching routine to elongate your muscles and prepare your body to take on the rest of the day.

Butts, Guts & Boot Camp (BGBC)

Who said weight-lifting isn't fun? We target all the major muscle groups using high intensity circuits and cardio intervals, giving you an efficient hour of total body conditioning.

PiYo

Try this powerful combination of pilates and yoga targets the core, upper body and glutes. PiYo incorporates yoga moves into a fluid routine of body weight poses and stretches. PiYo is great for people of all fitness levels.

  1. I love these workout pants. The material of workout leggings feels awesome, mostly cotton with just enough stretch which is what I love. I got the medium and they fit perfect. I definitely wanted more of these and got another with different style.

  2. Very interesting blog. Alot of blogs I these days don't really provide anything that I'm interested in, but I'm most definately interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.
